Lily Pad Hop is a completely free, non-commercial Bible memorization game. We value your privacy and comply with personal data protection laws, including the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data Collection & Legal Basis
We only collect one piece of personal data: your email address, which you provide during account creation. Under the GDPR, our legal basis for processing this data is the performance of a contract (providing you with an account).

2. Data Use & Internal Operations
Your email is used strictly for internal account operations—specifically, verifying your account and safely resetting your password if you forget it. We do not collect names, tracking cookies, or behavioral data. We never use this email for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent, except as permitted by COPPA for internal operations (such as account authentication and password resets). If a user is under 13, their email is used only for these support functions and is never used to contact them for any other reason.
